Equipment / clothing:
Sports shoes (or sailing shoes if you have them) with LIGHT soles, spare shoes, sun protection (cap & sunscreen), sporty leisure clothing, spare clothing, gloves (do not have to be sailing gloves, climbing gloves or cycling gloves are also possible), swimwear, rain jacket & optionally, ideally if you have them (water-repellent sailing clothing - otherwise we will of course provide this free of charge, as will the life jacket).
