With a few ropes, lines (short pieces of rope) and a useful knot, you and your colleagues can tie a stable net. Strong metaphors such as a "functioning network", "international networking" or "a stable network" of collaboration can be vividly conveyed using this concept. What sounds so simple requires a lot of communication and coordination between each other. After a short knot-tying lesson, an optional small knot tournament and an introduction to the materials and tasks, the participants set about tying a stable team net. Divided into small groups, each team first builds its own section, but should coordinate with the other teams, because only at first glance does each team work for itself! In a grand finale, the sub-nets are put together piece by piece and, last but not least, as a highlight, subjected to a joint "stress test".
Depending on the number of participants and the size of the resulting overall network, our team spirit team net can take place in any indoor location.
