A balloon ride in winter with low temperatures, snow, blue skies and the low position of the sun with very special light are excellent and delightful conditions for ballooning. You start in Gosau and float over the snowy Alps of the country. Enjoy this very special nature experience.

Important information:
Appointments are available from the beginning of December until the end of February
Weather:
About half a day before your balloon ride, the agreed date will be confirmed once again, as only then will a final decision be made as to whether the launch can take place at all, based on the current flight weather information.
If the weather does not permit a launch, an alternative date will be fixed directly with our balloonists. How soon the alternative date takes place depends on the booking situation and the flexibility of the participants.
Duration:
The setup of the balloon and the briefing takes about half an hour. The balloon ride varies depending on the thermals and takes about 2-3 hours.
After landing, the balloon is stowed away together and afterwards a baptism with champagne and a commemorative certificate according to old tradition is just as much a part of it as the transport back to the starting point.
