The criteria are: Safety, quality, service, fun and adrenaline content. Upper Austria Adventures acts as an agent for the leisure activities (adventures), but does not provide the service itself. The service itself is provided by experienced local providers who have the trust of Upper Austria Adventures.

When will I receive the organizer's contact details? We will provide you with the contact details of our service partners (adventure organizers) once the voucher has been activated. As no activation is required for the ticket, the contact details are already included in the ticket.
