A balloon ride in the Braunau border region offers everything a balloonist's heart desires. Below you, a landscape with the endless expanses of the Kobernaußerwald, the view into neighbouring Bavaria, the lake district and the mountains or in the direction of Salzburg. Enjoy the unique panorama at a start in the southern Innviertel.

Physical requirements:
- Participation is generally possible for all age groups; there is no upper age limit.
- Participants must be in good physical health.
- Pregnancies must be declared in advance.
- Children should be at least 8 years old or have a minimum height of 1.20 m (approx. 4 ft) due to the height of the basket.
Important information:
The exact landing site is determined solely by the wind. A support vehicle with a trailer follows us on the ground and ensures the return transport of all participants.
Weather:
About half a day before your balloon flight, the scheduled date will be confirmed once again, as only then—based on the latest flight weather information—can a final decision be made on whether the flight can take place.
If weather conditions do not allow a launch, an alternative date will be arranged directly with our balloon pilots. How soon the replacement date can be scheduled depends on booking availability and the flexibility of the participants.
Duration:
The balloon inflation and safety briefing take approximately 30 minutes. The duration of the balloon flight depends on thermal conditions and is usually around 60–90 minutes.
After landing, the balloon is packed away together. This is followed by the traditional balloonist baptism with sparkling wine and a personal commemorative certificate. Return transport to the original meeting point is, of course, included.
Overall, you should plan approximately 3–4 hours for the entire experience.

Group size:
It can only be carried out with a minimum of 5 people. Individuals can participate in principle, but must bring flexibility and time for collective appointments.
Spectators / accompanying persons:
Spectators are welcome to watch the setup of the balloon and the launch.
Equipment / clothing:
Dress sportily and according to the season. Sturdy, ankle-covering shoes (hiking shoes or trainers) are particularly important.
Just dress as if you were going hiking, it is hardly noticeably colder in the air than on the ground. Long legwear is recommended. Also, bring your camera, there are great subjects to capture during the balloon ride.
