PACKING LIST

Backpack & Drink Bottle
Pack enough to drink, as fluid loss is especially high during physically demanding activities in winter.

Sunglasses & sunscreen
Sun as well as cold protection for all exposed body parts (face, nose, ears). Good sunglasses are especially important in winter!

Headlamp & earplugs

Hut shoes & towel
As waterproof as possible, but breathable shoes with good insulating properties: mountain boots or winter boots with good grip are suitable.

Waterproof and warm clothing
Thermal underwear, gloves, hood, down jacket, waterproof winter hiking boots (such as the Lowa Renegade)
Dress warmly, but in several layers according to the "onion-skin principle". This way, the warming effect can be adjusted to the conditions at any time.
Hat and gloves: This will keep those parts of your body warm that otherwise lose most of the heat.

Comfortable clothing for the hut

Camping mat & warm sleeping bag
Comfort range down to -10°C, if you don't have a sleeping bag you can rent one here.
