The Strubklamm gorge near Lake Fuschl is a beautiful gorge that is cut deep into a mighty canyon. The Strubklamm has a difficulty level ranging from medium to difficult and will demand a lot from you. It has several 10-metre abseils, but you can also abseil down easily. You will also have to master some long swimming passages. Characteristic of this canyon are captivating swim sections with towering rock walls, some of which are only one metre wide. The Strubklamm gorge at Lake Fuschl is a special kind of natural experience that will be enjoyed by ambitious adventurers in particular.

Physical requirements:
Your health condition should be impeccable, you should also be in good shape and be a very good swimmer. A portion of courage for high jumps is also an advantage. The minimum age is 16 years.
Important information:
We would like to point out once again that the canyoning tour in the Strubklamm is demanding. The tour offers many, partly higher jumps in a mighty gorge. Abseils up to 10 metres high and many jumps characterise this canyoning tour. It is demanding, but all doable.
Weather:
The canyoning tour can be carried out in almost all weather conditions. For safety reasons the tour will be postponed in case of high water or thunderstorms.

The total time required for the Strubklamm gorge is about half a day, with the time in the gorge being between 4 and 5 hours.

A maximum of 8 people can enter the gorge at the same time. Larger groups will be split up as they cannot enter the gorge at the same time.
Equipment / clothing:
Swimwear and towel. Shoes that can also get wet (ankle-high hiking shoes are best). Running shoes or trekking shoes are also suitable. A change of shoes for afterwards would be a good and sensible thing. If you forget your good mood at home, you will find it again during the canyoning tour.
