From Fürberg near St. Gilgen, a historic pilgrimage trail with numerous signposted experience points as well as magnificent views of Lake Wolfgang and the surrounding mountains leads us over the Falkenstein to St. Wolfgang. The return journey can be made individually with the Wolfgangsee boat trip.

Physical requirements:

Apart from a steep ascent to the Falkenstein church (approx. 200 meters in altitude), the trail is pleasant to walk (normal physical fitness/condition).
